Professional partnerships built on trust, accountability, and a shared commitment to protecting residential investment properties.
Exceptional property management requires exceptional vendor partnerships.
Every maintenance request, repair, property evaluation, and make-ready project is an opportunity to protect an owner’s investment, care for a resident’s home, and reinforce the standards that define professional property management.
Every home deserves professionals who treat it with the same care, accountability, and respect they would expect for their own property.
Successful partnerships begin long before the first work order.
The work may begin with a service request, but successful partnerships begin long before the first work order is assigned. They’re built on trust, shared expectations, open communication, and a mutual commitment to doing what’s right for the owner, the resident, and the property.

Vendor Partner Standards
More Than a Work Order
Every work order begins with a repair request.
What follows is an opportunity to represent EVERGROW and the standards by which we manage every property entrusted to our care.
Vendor Partners are expected to bring more than technical expertise to every assignment. Professionalism, sound judgment, attention to detail, and respect for the property are equally important. Every interaction contributes to the confidence our owners place in us and the experience our residents have in their homes.
Professional Conduct
Professional conduct reflects the character of both the individual performing the work and the company they represent.
Vendor Partners are expected to present themselves professionally, communicate respectfully, respect the property, and leave every home clean and orderly upon completion of their work. We believe every interaction should reinforce the confidence our owners and residents place in EVERGROW.
Professional Communication
Clear communication keeps projects moving and allows informed decisions to be made throughout the repair process.
Vendor Partners are expected to communicate promptly regarding scheduling, arrival times, unforeseen conditions, recommended repairs, material delays, and completed work. When circumstances change, we expect timely communication so owners, residents, and our team can adjust accordingly.
Reliability & Scheduling
Reliability is demonstrated through consistency.
Vendor Partners are expected to arrive as scheduled, communicate delays as early as possible, and complete work within agreed-upon timeframes whenever reasonably possible. Consistently honoring commitments allows us to better serve our owners and residents while maintaining efficient operations.
Quality Workmanship
Every repair should be completed in a professional and workmanlike manner using appropriate materials, accepted industry practices, and sound professional judgment.
Our objective is not simply to resolve today’s issue. We expect repairs to protect the long-term condition, safety, and value of the property while reducing the likelihood of unnecessary future repairs. Quality workmanship reflects pride, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.
Documentation
Complete documentation is an essential part of every repair.
Vendor Partners are expected to provide clear estimates, invoices, photographs, and supporting documentation that accurately reflects the work performed. When additional conditions or recommended repairs are identified, those observations should be documented and communicated before proceeding whenever practical.
Warranty Expectations
Standing behind completed work is an important part of professional workmanship.
Vendor Partners are expected to honor reasonable workmanship warranties and respond promptly when warranty-related concerns arise. Our objective is to ensure repairs are completed to the standard expected by our owners, our residents, and our organization.
Our goal is not to assign blame when issues occur. Our goal is to ensure every repair ultimately meets the standard expected by our owners, our residents, and our organization.
Insurance & Licensing
Vendor Partners are expected to maintain all licenses, certifications, and insurance required to perform the services they provide while complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Certificates of Insurance and other requested documentation should remain current throughout our relationship. Maintaining appropriate coverage protects our Vendor Partners, our owners, our residents, and the properties entrusted to our care.
Our Commitment to Vendor Partners
Professional partnerships are built on mutual respect.
Just as we ask our Vendor Partners to uphold high standards, we’re committed to fostering relationships built on organization, communication, fairness, and professionalism.

- Organized communication
